Transformative Strategies is launching at the YMCA!

Using our time wisely and with intention is important because it is a gift that we can never get back. One way to do this is by setting goals and prioritizing activities that support our well-being and personal growth. We can also be mindful of how we spend our time and avoid distractions that don’t align with our values. Engaging in activities that bring us joy and finding balance in our lives can help us feel more content and satisfied. TSI is offering solutions for youth and families to experience the power of mind, body, and spirit in a self-sustaining Living Lab starting on February 7th.

Every Tuesday starting February 7th, 2023 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm EST
Every 2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month from 12:15pm – 3:15pm EST

  • Align with your TSI advocate to develop your inspired action plan
  • Complete enrollment process and accept your role as a TSI TRANSFORMER
  • Evaluate, Identify and Align your current needs with the right
    team(professional support currently engaged will be asked to participate)
  • Customize a short term and long term plan structured to deliver
    transformational strategies

Our beliefs as a species defines the human experience in many different ways. We loved the unstructured attendance schedule because we didn't necessarily want to send our daughter to camp every day, all day, and TSI Fun Camp allowed us the freedom to determine the days that she would attend. “My daughter is 6 years old and one of 3. She has experienced personal trauma over the course of the past year that no parent ever wants to imagine for their child or family. I didn't know where to go or who to turn to, but I tried everything! It wasn't until I attended a playdate from school and met the creator of TSI, Sarah that I felt a shift in our lives. She has since spent months supporting our family through a lot of tough stuff. She invited my daughter to Fun Camp, knowing what she has been through. Although my daughter has lived a very privileged life in many ways, there is no amount of money that can fill the void that trauma like this leaves and I could not find anyone or anything to get through to her. That was until Fun Camp happened. My daughter was not willing to risk missing any days at camp. To most parents this may be normal but in our house, behavioral breakdowns have become a normal thing regardless of the punishments. The deal was that she had to work through the behavior reactions with Sarah if she wanted to go to camp and SHE DID IT! SHE DID IT YA'LL! She loved herself so much for a second that the little girl I gave birth to is finding her way back to us again. If any parent needs support without judgment and real solutions in real life, this is definitely it! There are NO OTHER programs that offer anything close to this, I have been searching...trust me! America’s Silent Pandemics!

A virtual event for attendees to connect beyond the screen to discuss Mental Health,
Substance Abuse & Hopelessness.

Philadelphia, PA, September 10, 2021 — With the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, came a spike in Mental Health Struggles, Substance Abuse Dependences and Collective Hopelessness Nationwide. These areas of suffering are known to many as America’s Silent Pandemics. One of the many lives lost during these turbulent times hit home for a Philadelphia neighborhood on August 30, 2021, Miss. Lauren “LO” Dizzle Olney, 38 passed away.
While hundreds of people are engaged to come together to celebrate her life at Cappy’s Cafe, everyone can now attend a virtual event honoring Lauren’s Life and the lives of those who have suffered and continue to suffer so much from society’s stigma-ridden battle on Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Hopelessness.
Transformative Strategies Inc., a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit & Friends are committed to cultivating the culture of our communities while honoring a woman, city in mourning while offering education to those who are seeking for healing and hope.
